Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
